WINGS AND BACK STANDS

All of our wings and stands are fabricated in Australia from first grade materials in the TBV workshop by qualified tradesmen.

All frames are made from galvanised steel to ensure they are robust and will last in the elements. Thickness and size of steel can be varied to alter the weight up or down as required.

Keyholes are in the steel and galvanised caps attached to all ends so there are no sharp edges. Stabiliser feet are attached to all bases.

Picket inserts are made from aluminium, so there is no cracking or warping like timber.

All are made in jigs to ensure they are uniform and stack together neatly for storage.

Standard jump heights are 1.2m, 1.5m and 1.6 m (other heights available upon request).

Can be made in a variety of styles to suit all budgets and needs.

We have built thousands of wings and supplied many clubs, coaches and private clients. We are so confident in our welders, that if any weld breaks in the life of the wing, we will replace it with a brand new one. We know that jump wings are a big investment and we take great pride in our work and are also very passionate about providing a high quality product.

Made from 40 x 40mm SHS to make them lighter than our normal ones which are made from 50 x 50mm SHS.

These are built in the same process as our other back stands, have keyholes in the steel, gal caps on all ends (so there are no sharp edges) and stabiliser feet attached to the bases.

Made in a jig, to ensure they are all the same and will also stack together neatly.
