PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices shown include GST.

Delivery is additional. 

50% of total payment is required at the time of order.

Full payment must be received prior to delivery or pick up.

Payment can be made via cash, EFT or Credit Card.  Credit Card payments incur a 2.2% surcharge.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available nationwide.

PICK-UP

Pick-up is available from near Camden, NSW 2570.

WARRANTY

We manufacture our jumping equipment to the highest of standards to ensure you gain years of use and enjoyment from them.

Our Australian made, standard jump cups come with a lifetime replacement warranty to the original purchaser.

Our jump wings come with a lifetime warranty on the main structure and welding components to the original purchaser.

WoodShield poles come with a 10 year “No Rot” manufacturers warranty (refer to www.woodshield.com.au for full details).

All other equipment comes with a 12 month manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser.

Exclusions:

  • Delivery costs associated with replacement items.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accident, vehicle or machinery impact or transportation damage.

  • Jump rail tape.

  • Signage on wings, planks or freestanding fill.

  • Any items that have been repaired or modified by someone other than TBV Equestrian.

TBV Equestrian will need to view the items in person or through photographs to determine eligibility for repair or replacement under warranty.
