Made in Australia by our professional welders here at TBV that also make our show jumps.

They are 1.6m x 1.6m in the main assembly @ 2.1m high.

Roof assembly is 2.4m x 2.4m and is removable by three people or a machine with tines (can also be welded so it is fixed, if required)

All framework is made from first grade galvanised steel and has reinforcing in the base to easily take the weight and allows it to be lifted by a machine or dragged across the paddock to another location.

Base where hay sits is raised and open front to back, which allows ground water to flow past without getting stuck on framework.

All side mesh is recessed under main supports and has vertical supports to ensure there is no exposed edges and also to make it stronger in case a horse kicks it.

Lower mesh s smaller than sides to stop the hay getting to the ground.

Door frame is sitting on heavy duty gate hinges and has two internal slam latches fitted (it is also removable)

Roof sheeting is aluminum composite panel, to ensure there are no sharp edges.  These can be supplied in white or various other colours  (as it is pictured). It is attached with polyurethane sealants and also heavy duty rivets.

All welds are prepped, primed  with industrial grade primer and then top coated with silver.

Sizing can be customised to sit more hay, smaller horses, large horses or cattle and framework can also be powder coated.

These will safeguard your hay from the weather above and the water on the ground.

They will also reduce wastage by approx. 25%
